We have updated topic list layout in Similarr.
For each search page it is placed Bulletin Board section at the top with Add Note link. New Message button is now replaced with Add Note link.

We have added 'nofollow' tag for search results links in Similarr. Major search engines will not index and follow links in Similarr search results.
We have also updated layout of search pages and placed logo close to the search input area.

We have removed recent searches from the Similarr home page. Recent searches was there to join discussion which just appeared. Major search engines indexes also search pages without discussion and this is not what we want to do.
